We dove behind the dish to shine the light on some of history’s lesser known contributors to the food industry. TGIF’s long history of changing the dining industry wouldn’t be the same without the help contributions of many key African American chefs, inventors, and creative minds. With an extremely limited budget (aka $0), we were challenged to find a meaningful way to connect with our audience.
